About these terms

These terms apply whenever you browse layerly.store or buy from it. "Layerly", "we" and "us" refer to the business named above, and "you" means the visitor or buyer. Checking out means you accept this page together with the policies it links to.

Our products

Every product is 3D-printed by Layerly after you order. Where a piece is based on an independent designer's work, the product page credits that designer. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed material, and dimensions may vary by a millimetre or two. Visible layer lines are a natural part of 3D printing.

Prices and payment

Every rupee figure already contains applicable taxes. Payment runs through a secure gateway that takes UPI, cards and net banking. Cash on Delivery is available on orders above ₹599. A contract for sale is formed when we dispatch your order. Until then, we may cancel it — for example because of a listing error, an unavailable material, or suspected fraud — and refund you in full.

Safe use

Please follow our Product Care & Safety Disclaimer. Heat damage, overloading, rough handling or putting a piece to an unintended job fall outside our responsibility.

Intellectual property

The Layerly name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Layerly or are used with permission. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

Where the law permits, Layerly's exposure on an order caps at its purchase price and excludes knock-on losses. Your statutory protections as a buyer remain untouched.

Disputes

These terms sit under Indian law. Start with an email — most things get fixed there. Whatever can't be settled goes to the courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Changes

The page may be revised occasionally; your order is judged by the wording live on the day you bought.
