Refund time Within a week, back where the payment came from

Changing your mind quickly

Email layerlystore@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. If we haven't started printing your piece yet, we cancel the order and refund prepaid payments in full.

Once the printer is running

Once production begins, the material and machine time are already committed to your piece, so we can no longer cancel the order. You can still claim a replacement if it arrives damaged or wrong — see our Replacement & Refund Policy.

When we cancel

We may cancel an order if a colour or material is unavailable, a price was listed wrongly, the pincode can't be served or the payment looks suspicious. In that case, we email you and refund everything you paid.
