Shipping Policy

Printed for you, then shipped

Layerly pieces are not sitting in a warehouse. Once your order is confirmed, we slice the file, print it in your chosen colour, clean up the supports, check it and pack it. That takes 5–7 working days. Bigger or multi-part items, and very busy weeks, can take a little longer. If that happens, we email you.

Delivery across India

We ship to every pincode our courier partners serve, and shipping is always free. In metros the box normally lands 3 to 5 working days after it leaves the studio; smaller towns and far-off pincodes can need up to a week. Read these as typical windows rather than fixed promises.

Tracking your parcel

The moment a courier picks the box up, a tracking link lands in your inbox. Tracking stuck for three days? Tell us and we chase the courier on your behalf.

Address changes and failed deliveries

Email us before dispatch to change your delivery address. Couriers usually try to deliver up to three times. Should a prepaid box return to the studio over a half-written address or nobody being home, the payment goes back to you as soon as it arrives here. Because every piece is made specially for you, please don't place a COD order unless you are ready to receive it.

Open the parcel on video. A short unboxing clip lets us approve a replacement quickly if something arrived broken.
