Who handles your data

layerly.store is run by Layerly, Kabir Shilp, Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Marg, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382419, India. Indian privacy rules guide how we treat your data — chiefly the DPDP Act of 2023 and the IT Act of 2000.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and addresses when you check out or create an account.
Any colour or customisation notes, and the messages you send us.
Photos and videos you share for a replacement claim.
Technical data such as IP address, device, browser, pages viewed and cart activity, collected by Shopify and analytics cookies.

Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on our payment gateway's secure page. Layerly never sees or stores them.

Why we use it

To make your piece, send it out and keep you posted until it arrives.
To answer your questions and handle replacement claims.
To prevent fraud and misuse of the store.
To measure and show Layerly ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
To send product news by email, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the bare minimum leaves our hands: to Shopify (our host), the payment gateway, couriers, our email tool, and ad and measurement services run by Google and Meta. A lawful demand from the authorities is the one other case.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working and tell us which ads bring visitors. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, but some features may stop working if you do.

How long we keep data

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised once we no longer need it.

Your choices

Want a copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, or to pull back a consent? Mail us; after a quick identity check we sort it inside 30 days.
